1. Service scope

Scopus Publishers provides independent editorial, manuscript-preparation and publication-support services as described in the agreed quotation. It does not act as the journal editor, publisher or peer reviewer unless a separate, legally accurate service is expressly defined.

2. Author responsibilities

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, ethical approval, data integrity, authorship, conflicts of interest and final submission of their work.

3. Publication outcomes

No service can guarantee acceptance, indexing, citation performance or publication within a particular timeframe. Journals and publishers make independent decisions.

4. Intellectual property

Authors retain ownership of their manuscript and supplied materials. The final terms should grant only the limited permission required to perform the contracted service.

5. Payment and delivery

Final commercial terms should specify pricing, deposits, taxes, delivery dates, revision limits, cancellation, refunds and consequences of delayed author feedback.

6. Prohibited requests

Services should not be used to fabricate data, conceal plagiarism, purchase authorship, manipulate citations, impersonate authors or misrepresent editorial outcomes.

7. Liability and governing law
